At M&A Food Group, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support our Smoothie King franchise. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Role Requirements
Need to have:
- High school diploma (Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR or administrative roles
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ADP, or similar systems)
- Familiarity with federal and state labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Compensation
$50,000-60,000/yr with Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and 401(k) with company match.
Responsibilities
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Help manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of required paperwork
- Benefits Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
- Handle open enrollment periods and ensure employees are informed about benefit options
- HR Compliance & Record Keeping:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
- Assist in preparing reports for HR management and audits as needed
- Training & Development:
- Support training initiatives and assist with scheduling and organizing employee development programs
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR leadership and other departments to align HR initiatives with business goals
